Project Description
The Charleston District, USACE awarded the Design-Build (D-B) of Building 366 to AMES1 for construction services. The project scope includes the complete reconstruction and renovation of the existing Vehicle Maintenance building into useable office space to house current operations located at Building 461.The project scope includes, but is not limited to: Asbestos and Lead Based Paint (LBP) surveying, Foundation, Concrete Slab, Floors, Framing, Walls, Windows, Bay Doors, HVAC and Vehicle Exhaust System, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Specialty Carpentry, Fire Suppression and Alarm, and Roofing.
