Project Description
NAVFAC Panama City Naval Support Activity awarded a Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B), Task Order Contract (TOC) 0001 to AMES 1 for roof construction services. The scope of work included all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to replace the single ply membrane roofs on Buildings 126, 407, and 434, the polyurethane foam roof on Building 321 with a modified bitumen roof, and the ballasted built-up roof on Building 438 with a modified bitumen roof. As part of the project, AMES1 was required to sample and test suspect roofing materials for asbestos containing materials (ACM).
