Mayport NAS is pending an award for a $4M, three-year Design-Build (D-B), Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B), IDIQ Task Order Contract (TOC) to AMES 1 for construction services. The NAICS Code that applies to the principal nature of this acquisition is 236220, and task orders are for construction projects. The general intention of this contract vehicle is to obtain facilities and public works related construction, repair and maintenance, including planning and engineering primarily for Naval Station Mayport, Naval Fuel Farm, Jacksonville, Florida and USMC Blount Island Command. Other locations beyond the defined area may be required under a bilateral agreement.
